Good to know
Private home on Tripp Lake with 4+ bedrooms, and a fully functional modern kitchen, private dock, wooded with grassy area for lawn games. Our home is large enough to afford group activities as well as secluded areas for solitude. First floor is handicap accessible, wheelchair ramp to front door, one 3-inch stair lip would require assistance. While you’re here enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water, relaxing, sun bathing, campfires, reading, and hiking! You will also have access to our Kayak Canoe and paddle board to explore the outlet and mud pond.
Other Details to Note
Please bring your own beach towels and beach toys. Absolutely no animals (not even visiting animals).

Wonderful rural area, there is a grocery store, a gas station/convience store, a quaint breakfast restaurant, and a McDonalds 1 mile away. As well as local seafood restaurants, frozen custard/ice cream stand, Dunkin Donuts, golf courses and a casino all within a 5-10 minute drive.

We loved this amazing house on Tripp Pond with it's great views and easy access to the lake. The house was super spacious and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The kids loved playing in the sand and the water. And the water was shallow enough we had no fears with the little swimmers.

Beautiful spot, house perfectly accommodated our whole family, adult children and grandchildren. Absolutely beautiful view of the lake from the living area, ping pong table was really fun as an added feature, as well as outdoor seating and fire pit. Highly recommend!!

Lovely home on a gorgeous lake. It was great having the boats available. Denis and Lori were very responsive and helpful. The house has everything one might need for cooking. Nice tv room, ping pong, games, etc. available. We had a wonderful time and it was just right for visiting our Bates student and having a place to relax, while still close to Lewiston, Freeport, Portland.

What a treat! We were lucky enough to stay at Denis and Lori’s house for a college graduation weekend with 6 adults in and out. And while the weather was cold, gloomy, and rainy while we were there, the view of the lake was spectacular and their home was warm, comfortable and clean. Denis and Lori were very nice and quick to respond, even dropping by some extra shampoo for a bathroom. We would love to visit again when the sun is out—I’m sure it would be even more beautiful. Thanks again, Denis and Lori!

Denis & Lori's place is amazing. very tidy and clean. the view out the loving room window is amazing. Plenty of room for a large group but small enough to make you feel at home amd peaceful. Denis and Lori are very responsive and will help with any questions or concerns immediately, a must stay and will stay again in the future.

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights while attending my son’s wedding in Oxford. Denis and Lori’s home was comfortable, spacious, clean, and has a gorgeous location right on the lake. Watching the ducks was fun for us, and the house was close to shopping and plenty of dining options , as well as convenient for us to attend the wedding events. I appreciated the host’s responsiveness and communication. Would highly recommend.
